Today is the last day before I start the Master Cleanse and when I woke up I automatically went to the kitchen to make my morning superfood smoothie. I paused and realized that this is a habit. Am I hungry? No, not right now. So I used up 7 limes I had and squeezed them into a gallon of purified water to drink this morning (not the whole gallon). I am preparing myself today to stop and think what is a habit and what it can be replaced with.
To break habits:
- Pause
- Think
- Replace
- Journal
I’m looking forward to the detox tomorrow and resetting my body’s hunger signals.
