Elicia Woodford
ePowerMe was born in 2007 out of Elicia Woodford’s passion to empower others to know, love, and care for themselves. She has many talents: conscious living inspiration and guidance, holistic life coach, business consultant, teacher, detox consultant, connector, and intuitive healer. Elicia uses all of these gifts, including her extensive network of professional and educational resources, in providing various services through ePowerMe.
Elicia, is a seeker of life experiences and self-knowledge. Her appetite to experience different places brought her from Syracuse, NY to live in Australia, Atlanta, Florida, New York City, and San Francisco. She is currently living in Thailand, exploring Eastern culture and evaluating the various healing practices there.
Elicia has always had a deeper connection with natural and holistic health; as a teenager she started reading books about food as medicine and the causes of disease. Having adopted a clean diet and a lifelong commitment to yoga with a thirst for wholeness, truth and bliss.
Her natural sales ability and love for helping others lead her to a successful ten-year sales career where she was able to help businesses with efficiencies and improve their employees’ morale.
During 2005 she became aware of an unconscious pattern of making poor decisions and realized that an internal relationship must be worked on and maintained just like external relationships. This realization put her on a quest for self-awareness and inspired her to live a conscious life. Elicia’s work has included over 5 years of self-awareness courses, energy healing and body work. She has received her spiritual training through The Sacred Path in Berkley, CA, and facilitated journaling workshops through Higher Awareness in Edmonton, AB, Canada. She received her BS Degree in Marketing from Marist College in Poughkeepsie, NY.
